We have supported Cities, Transport Authorities, Investors and Operators in Eastern Europe to develop new operating and commercial models, and implement new fare structures and smart payment technologies on metro, buses, minibuses and other transit modes. 

We have supported our clients to navigate the challenges of EMV bank card contactless payment models and assisted in defining their architectures, operating models and subsequent procurement plans.
